Title: Mod Went Haywire?

i modded my buddies 360 and it worked fine leaving here.  He used it for weeks without a single issue.  Now he says that it will not play games.  it says a message that he needs to put the game in a 360 to play it...lol  I would say it sounds like maybe he updated it or something?...doesn't really make any sense to me, so any help would be sweet.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

does it still play dvd movies?

Lens is down.You should buy a new lens and replace it.That will cost him $20-25

ya it still plays dvd fine....i was thinking it may be the laser....im sure that you can pot tweak them can't you?

its funny because i bought a brand new game last night and it did not work on either of my non-modded 360s....said the error the my friend had.  says that you need to put disk in a 360 to play it.  went and traded it and works fine.   (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)
