Hi Everyone... any help on this would be great as I'm completely out of ideas.
I recently received a 360 that has a rebadged Samsung. It's been rebadged from an ms20 to an ms24 and then to an ms 25. When I say 'rebadged' it's had a little 'ms24' sticker stuck over the original 'F/W=ms20' and then another 'ms25' sticker stuck on top of the 'ms24' sticker.
When I tried to flash with iPrep I got an E66 error. I reflashed the ORIG.bin back and it's all working now.
When I opened the ORIG.bin with FWToolBox it said it was ms24, see screen shot.
I've tried spoofing the FW to ms25, and ms28 and it still gives the E66 error.
iPrep automatically spoofs it to ms28 and when I open the HACKED.bin it's key is FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF and it's says it's ms28 (iXtreme1.2 REV2). I've tried replacing the key with the correct key with FWToolBox but I still get E66. Any ideas? See pic.
I think this can be hacked if I could only create the a correct HACKED.bin with the correct key and for ms24. But I don't know of any programs that will create a ms24 HACKED.bin
Any help?

use a hex or txt editor to search for ms28 in the unspoofed hacked firmware, change that to ms24 then find sm82 and replace it with sm42 and you will have spoofed the fw as a ms24 and it should work.
edit: if you have any problems pm me or hit me up on aim: grim1873

Just FYI - iPrep doesnt spoof the firmware, nor does it copy your key. Samtool copies your version strings (if different and user selects to) and your key from your orig.bin to the hacked.bin. The hacked.bin you are opening is one that is ready to be patched but has not yet done so. That is why it is ms28 (default iXtreme firmware) and has no key. Samtool, however, will state that your firmware is an invalid/non-supported version since a ms24 fw has not yet been seen (to the best of my knowledge).
Do what Grim stated and you should be golden.
