you gotta be kidding me, The Blaster 360 was announced back on September 15, 2006 as seen Here The Xeno Top Gear on the other hand on March 7th, 2007 as seen Here. No offence, But Xeno obviously ripped off the design. The internal hardware might not be the same (as the Xeno probably uses a switch) But they did rip the design off Team Xecuter. At least IMO I feel so. Personally I will not buy either but you gotta admit Xeno ripped the idea.

I agree with toxickiwi - removing the metal shielding is not a good idea. To call it an original design is an insult - so it just happens to LOOK like the Blaster 360? Oh, my mistake - I suppose this happens all the time (/sarcasm). Just be honest and say you ripped the idea from TX - a lot of people don't care and would rather see you up front about the whole thing.
I'd be really interested to hear how this performs once installed!!

lol, if the only thing tx can throw dirt at is their spelling then thats just pathetic... why not comment on the fact that they accuse you (tx) of lieing about where the products are build etc
Personally i think youre just pissed. They brought out a product which is superior to yours (functionality wise, cant say anything about the build quality). About cutting the rf cage, its only gonna be cut a small part, not enough to fuck up any electric machines which were produced after 1985...
The original design? Yes it has all the looks of it that they ripped yours... I know the world of bussines is hard though, and that you also could have snooped the design of them, and then went public over it earlier then them
(not probable though).I think that with equal quality price will be what the winning factor will be.

How are you qualified to say this? Do you have any type of degree? Just curious. Oh and where are the increased functions that make the Xeno Top Gear superior to the Blaster? Again, just curious.

If you are to lazy to lookup the functions... ill tell you that the xeno includes hdd transfer
About my degree, i do have one 
not in the area what would make me qualified to say something about this from a professional standpoint. Why i said it though is because i have modded my xbox in a clear cage without any rf shielding, so i can see the nice electronics, its standing right in the cabinet under my tv, for years already, and never had problems. if you look at the installs of each product, one can see that xeno has less parts.
doesnt this amount to less production costs? yes it does.
xeno may have very well watched tx throuout the build if these companies get products made in the same region. who knows how many more of these units we will see.
this is strait forward buisness people.
every major corporation copies products made by others in attempt to grasp a share of that market.
look at game controllers.
go into your favorite game store, look at the price of all the types of controllers there, and compare?
how many are cheaper than the original?
almost every one. and yet i hear no complaints.
blatant ripoffs? yes. complete ripoffs. once a review is done, you just may buy one of these "ripoffs" because it is a good piece of hardware, regardless of who is making it.
its not fair to xeno or xecuter that we/anyone take sides before a true 3rd party comparison is made.
im sure when XanTium gets ahold of these products side by side, that is what will happen
a fair comparison.
until then, what does anyone of us really know?
