Its kind of hard to understand your post, but basically if you dont have access to your original flash/key, you should try read the current hacked firmware out from the dvd and then use it in future firmwares.

We need more info if you want more help imo.

am i wrong, but you said you have the original firmware.  Can't you get the key from there?  I believe thats where i got mine from.  I used textbook's tutorial and I then used that windows application to retrieve the key - sorry cant remember the name at the moment.

Have you flashed your drive yet?
If you haven't read the firmware from the drive and get the key using Firmware Toolbox (link)

Do you have the original firmware of the drive?
If you do, get the key using Firmware Toolbox

Don't have the original key?
Then you wont be able to play Xbox/Xbox 360 games.

Recover lost key?
Atm it is not possible if you don't have the original firmware or hacked firmware with key in it.

Fix?
Buy a new motherboard...
