Title: Hitachi 59dj Wont Flash

got hitachi 59dj and got into mode B no problem. booted to windows, went to device manager,to dvd drives and told it to find it it did. drive letter is H. went into explore and right clicked on H drive and hit eject and 360 opened. also 2ejects to open the 360 and 1when it is closing to make it stay closed..all perfect so far..I downloaded power toy titled open command window here.. so i go to flash like it says and it says 1of 3 could be wrong. 1. drive is in windows- 2.make sure right drive letter.- 3.your xbox is not a working version....it is brand new ....never even hooked to t.v. yet...hope someone can help...thanks  bear

o.k. I also put a data cd in the 360 drive while in  H. drive letter in dos and seen data from 360 in dos.i am still clueless..woudering if i could put the firmware on disk and flash the the 360 from its own cd..

Once you get into Windows with the Hitachi in modeB. Extract the files from the opa 2.3 firmware and browse to the folder X-LG. Open a command prompt windows here and type
flash23s.bat H 5555 and hit enter.

i have done that over and over..the flash starts then it gives me that 3 error report i was talking about .i downloaded the command here program from textbook...right click on LG and click on open command line then i type FLASH23S H 7777... am i doing anything wrong??????????

i do get a error when i flash.. it says this program is a ms dos program..

i guess that is not it...could it be my onboard sata...i can run programs when i get it to see the 360  on my P.C. and it has a drive letter... I am seriously confused...

do you type .bat after flash23s??? also try other stat ports that usally help

I have tried all my ports and the via 64..L chipset i had to get for a friends sammy.  Windows reconizes it and ejects the 360 but program doesn't.
