Hey (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Do you seriously think that the future release of the C4E 5.x firmware will be ported for the Hitachi drive?

The firmware is already done.  The only thing that needs to be worked out is a software solution for making the backups.  With the Xbox 1, all of that dummy data (named security placeholders) was not used.  It was a security protection that Microsoft just never got around to using.  Well, with the Xbox 360, some parts of the security placeholders are used.  So right now, we're just waiting for them to figure out how to make an ISO/Backup program that can make file rips.  Supposedly a new version of Qwix.

Also... somebody told me that Commodore4Eva already got a file-dumped game working on single layer, so he's finished with the ISO, just that the program for making the backups needs to be finished first.  And... as for your question.. I'm sure you will get it around the same time as the Samsung people , if what that certain somebody said was correct  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
