Hey guys. I'm in the middle of the firmware hack (bought the 360 today), I've got the Hitachi drive. The drive shows up in Widows (letter G) after using Slax Boot-CD. When I'm trying to flash the drive, using Maximus-Garyopa_XTRM-HITACHI_v2_3_Stealth, I get this message:

I believe you are using the wrong firmware (IMG:
style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) 78FK should be used with the latest modified one.
Hm, you mean I'm trying to use an old firmware? I should use a later version?
Maybe someone can point me in the direct of that version? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Did you even do the desolder method yet that is needed? P.S. look on the mainpage. Hitachi-LG 78FK released by Maximus.
Desolder method? No... I will take a look. Do you mean this page - http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=563347
