Title: Disk Read Error - Gears Of War

So i hear people are having the error where the 360 reads GoW as a DVD and I am no different. So if I just update my firmware flash it will be good ... or thats what I read. What if I just load my original firmware..? gonna go get er done (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

anyone else run into this problem

Yea, I am having the same trouble, but I dont know what firmware I have, someone else did it... this is gay.

How would I update the firmware to make it work?

we need to know the drive you have samsung or hitach, both flash differently.  open the tray and look for rectangular holes near the front of the tray.  if no holes, then its a samsung.
