Is there a way i can change an image or original cd from PAL output to NTSC?
just seems cool... and usefull

Try the PSX Utilities section of www.gamecopyworld.com. On the right navbar, click the console section and it'll take you to the console portal of the site, where all kinds of handy backup tools exist.

I fiddled with some of them before, but it's a bit of a hassle. I think I managed to convert Medal of Honor: Underground from PAL to NTSC in the past though. I can't remember which program I used.

Use pal4u2000 to change it.
I've done ntsc to pal before, but I think it can change pal to ntsc also.

So i can convert my pal tekken3 to ntsc and it will be playable?
