Im making a list of all the 90's based dos games that are reletivly new-ish that play great on xbox via dosxbox.
Alone in the Dark (Trilogy) - These are all in full cd glory & work great on the xbox with filters, great games & is great to finish if you have'nt already (hell im now play these to know abit more backstory to aitd4 playing via pcsxbox) B)
Need for Speed - This is a cd-rip. I got it working at a reasonably playable speed, although abit jerky. Its ok to play for a little bit but speed needs a improvment to have more better fps wise (maybe good if you got the 1.48 cpu xbox?) if anyone is instrested i'll get the settings posted up. ;)
Disk World - This the non talkie version :( This game works great with no problems & is highly great to finish for all the funny/silly bits in this game, i wonder if part 2 or 3 works also? :uhh:
Grand Theft Auto - This is a cd-rip. This game works but was just so slow, i managed to muck around with a few settings & is playing better but nothing to play over along period of time cause of the jerkyness. I cant imagine how GTA2 will run. Play only to see GTA running on xbox for a few mins, also you can pick the san andreas island & there you go: gta san andreas on xbox. :rotfl:
Dark Seed - This is a non talkie based game but might of had a talkie version. This is a good horror click'n'pick game but is beaten by its sequal which is sadly a windows based game. The game is perfectly enjoyable on xbox, great to play with a guide
If people got there own to add, then please do so, i will try to update with as much games as i can, next will be special rpg that has many sequals/spinoffs to this day.

Alone in the Dark.. wow, that game brings back memories. The original "Survival Horror" game.

There are a few games I can think of that would be fun to play from the DOS emulator: Descent, Tomb Raider, WitchHaven, 7th Guest, Star Wars X-Wing, and those old AD&D games. Can anyone provide a link to the tutorial for pulling the files off the CD and getting them to run in the DOS emulator? In the meantime I will keep searching :ph34r:
thanks,

Commander Keen 4 work perfectly (alto I haven't tested 5 and 6, I assume they also work). Well, I guess it's not very new-ish, but it's still a game from the 90s... ;) And in my opinion very fun to play.
An even less new-ish game that runs perfectly is JetPack :D

...::Hentai Game Compatibility::...
Runaway City - runs perfect
3 Sisters Story - runs perfect
