Title: Xecuter Connectivity Kit Question

I cant get my computer to recognize my drive with the Xecuter kit but if I connect my drive directly through my onboard sata it shows up in my bios but slax cd wont work to get to modeb. So can i just connect my drive to the onboard SATA and power it using my xbox360 and plug my Xecuter kit to the computer power and turn on debug mode to get to modeb.
