what do you mean by unlock? Looks like you can do everything.

My Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe works great for it

Ive been reading all night and ive decided on the Asus A8V deluxe. This  is a link to a review but it has me slightly confused because it says it uses the VIA 8237 chipset which ive read is supported by mtkflash but it also says that the Raid controller is a Promise 20378 . Any opinions as to whether this will work or not ?? TIA
