Hmmm no m8, the XBOX 360 wont recognize the new drive based on what ive read...but id love to be proven wrong.

You might be able to do it if the USB drive was mass storage compliant... but you still couldn't run anything from it, even signed code.  As far as I know, anything hooked up to a USB can only play music, and photos.  So, I guess you could hook it up and use it as a CD player for putting a CD as your background music without ripping it... but other than that I see no use.
