Title: Usb Modding Help With Xex Menu And Related Sofwares

i am having problems with trying to run XeXMenu and XeXloader on my 360 from a usb. but i cant seem to start it and finish it. ive seen people do it and everything but, i cant seem to figure it out. what steps and softwares do i need to complete the project. if someone helps, then i can set them up in a lobby or any type they want. thanks!
