Title: Convert Iso To Ntsc

Is there a software that can rip the region code out of a backed up game ? or convert it so it will play on an NTSC , i know it's all about the game that it dictates what region it is. So i was curious of you could convert one.

Nope, chaning the region of the game would break the signed code and the xbox wont boot it.
You can change the console region tho if you have a old dash and use the jtag hack.
