Are we able to FTP on an xbox360 through the ethernet cable. If so then how ? I noticed when I did port scans I saw a lot of open ports ? can that be used as well ?

Anyways, anyone know how to FTP to your xbox360 without modding what so ever

Nope.  There is currently no known method to FTP for retail XBOX 360 consoles.
