Sounds like it might already be bricked... did he burn some traces while soldering?

the board still looks good other than maybe the db1f1 but its soldered i dont know how fragile it is, the only parts that appear broken are on the team executer peices, i was thinkin someone could desolder them and resolder on new ones other than that it looks like it would still work i just dont want to attempt workin on something that small if someone thinks they can fix it ill give them like 50+ to do it ill supply new team xecuter boards

Perhaps it is not that badly damaged, and a fix could be quite easy..
