my elite with NME2 was banned in the november round, kids used a backup on live

So I am guessing when you installed it, you didn't connect the "Network Off" feature?  If you did, you wouldn't be able to play a backup online.  Your son will eventually get banned, sometimes it just takes long for certain people, sometimes its quick.

My personal setup is with the Xeno 360, and I have been using it for nearly 2 years, but I never go online with backups, I just play my originals.

many people with NME 1.1, 1.2 and 2.0 have been banned, MS does not ban every day it is random

and yes, stupid me did not hook up the network off point

Yes, they test fine with XDVD Mulleter as Stealth (All Xtreme checkboxes are ticked).

The one image I checked for CRC on Mulleter says it is not in the database. From all I read as long as it says Ixtreme Compatible it should be fine.
