Title: Nme 2.0 Network Cut Off

I just installes the NME 2.0 on a benQ and the network cut off isnt working. I soldered 2 wires from the USB and the Network to Y on the chip. I also know you have to hold the power button for 1sec. It dose work playing backup right now but have to leave network cable un pluged. Or will the network only not connect as soon as a backup is played?

I experienced the same thing. I emailed the NME2 people about 3 weeks ago and have not heard a response.

I chose to only connect the network off and not the USB off as we have an external USB drive that we play movies and music from. I thought that maybe you must connect both for it to work, but from your story it would seem not.

It will be interesting to get to the bottom of this one.
