Hello!
I just installed a globe 360 v2 chip on my samsung.
Connecting it through the usb to my pc worked fine, the pc recognized it and installed it as new hardware.
But when I start the globe flash program 1.3 it says that the 360 is disconected.
Manual connection dont work either.
When I have the globe connected to the pc I can hear the connecting/deconnecting-hardware-sound as I turn the xbox on and of, so it seems that my PC connects to the chip, but the globe flash program don't....
Everything seems to work as it should when I use the xbox.
I can play original games if I start the xbox with the 360 chip shut off, so it seems that the chip is working as it should in the xbox.
I can also start the xbox with FW0 or FW1 and gets E65 witch the flash installation guide says is perfectly normal, since there are no firmware flashed to FW0 or FW1.
Could it be that the cables frpm the drive to the to +5v and gnd on the chip are to weak?
Or is it the O_CS that should'nt be connected?
Or is it the X_OE that should'nt be cut?
(I've read a few articles that implies this)
All soldering are thorough done and triplechecked.
So my problem is I cant connect to the chip with the globe flash program and therefore I cant flash the chip with firmware and therefore I cant play back-up-games......and christmas eve is getting closer FAAAAAST and the xbox is THE christmas gift to my sevenyear old son......
HEEEELP please!!!!!
Well as you can see in the thred about "Globe 360 V2 (need Support)" this matter is more or less solved....
