Title: I R Teh Noob For 360 But Not Original, Modchip?

I chipped my original xbox and many of my friends, so I am not new at all to the scene. But I've been out long enough to not know anything about chipping the 360. I dont have a 360 yet, but will get one shortly. What are my options for chipping? adding larger HDD? How diiferent is it from the original xbox? Thanks
