Hey guys,
  Can some one give me a short recap of where development on the xbox 360? I'm debating buying a xbox or xbox 360. I want to be able to use XBMC...Is this a long ways away? What are the modd chips capable of at this point? Will the xbox 360 ever be moddable like the xbox?

At this point, we can only mod DVD drives to play backups of games.
