Title: Globe 360 Version 2 Mod Chip For Xbox 360

Since this chip allows the user to have dual firmware, could you have updated firmware and the original firmware on the chip. If so, could you go on xbox live using the original firmware and not get banned then if you wanted to play your game backups switch to the updated firmware? Would this be logical since you can turn off the chip while you play live and just use the original firmware? please post thoughts and consequenes of what could happen.

No, you would still get banned because when you play a backup, no matter if you are online or offline, your console will log it in the onboard memory and then upload it to Microsoft the second you sign into Xbox Live.
