Title: Best Mod Chip For 360

Hi. I just recently bought an xbox 360. I wanted to know which mod chip is the best for the 360 right now(Please also list where I can get that mod chip)? I don't care about the price. I did some research, the only ones I could find was Fractal and Globe. Thanks in advance.

There is no modchip, there is the nme firmware mod, but that's shit.

Most people just flash the dvd drive.

by flashing the drive, do you mean upgrading the drive's firmware?

What are the benefits of flashing dvd drive?

How is this done or where can i find a tutorial on this?

Im looking to get the NME V1.1!!! This is supposedly a good mod chip....but not sure because i do not have it yet!! does anyone have experience with this chip??? Will i run into any problems later on down the road??

Its alot of hassle to do a mod chip, just flash the drive, as thats all you want it for copied games.

the nme-360 v1.1 is the best currently, its only 4-5 wires, doesn't require any cut traces, and works very well.
doesn't modify any FW and is not a FW replacement product like globe-360/fractal-360.

the nme-360 v1.1 is only $40.00
and if you screw up on your FW flashing we can fix that too for $42.00

but again, the thread is best modchip for 360, so it would have to be the nme-360.

Depends on how many times you do it wrong.. If you mess up 29 times then yes you would have do it a 30th time..

If you do it correctly one time to read.. 1 time to write

The best nmodchip for a 360 is no modchip... why solder when you can flash the onboard chip... no soldering needed  smile.gif
