Title: Falcon Jtag Issues

I recently got a hold of a 360 Elite I'd like to JTAG. I did the lpt flash method, and nandpro randomly stops reading blocks after a certain amount, always random.. would a non exploitable console cause this? my console has a MFR Date of April 2008 BUT it has a dash of 15774 on it. also it says BK 2.0.1888 or something right next to it. anything I can do with it or it's just simply not exploitable?
