Title: Matrix Glitch Chip Won't Glitch?

hard to tell from your pic but it looks like you dont have a good connection on the bottom 2 slim pads i could be wrong though that pic is blurry as all hell

ok i see you issue now you are contacting  the 3rd pad below the M on SLIM use a wire braid to clean it up
