There is a good youtube video that i have been using the steps to reflow that i have been very successful with, i use a modded sandwhich press that i added bolts to space the mobo approx. 20mm off the heater to clamp the board and prevent warpage. i then preheat to 120c and then hot air at 195c for 1 min and then ramp up to 230c, as soon as it goes from 229c to 230c i switch preheater off and then quickly lower air temp back down to 90c (Aoyue 968 min temp) and then switch off and let it cool for 30mins.
Should add i use a digital thermometer with the probe placed onto the large gpu die chip covered with heatproof tape.
