Wait until a game asks you to update then....
If this machine will never be online, then just update to the latest dashboard it will flash your drive to a new stock firmware, backup the new firmware then update to the latest LT firmware.(some ap2.5 games will not work until LT2.0)
If it is gonna be an online machine then you would need to flash the drive back to stock , update dash, and then wait for LT 2.0 then flash.
AP2.5 patching is for online play and so they will boot with the latest dash......not all backups have ap2.5.
