Absolutely CANNOT be done at this time.

The Youtube videos are probably showing the XBR_8955_3 dashboard but you can only flash this if you have a 7371 or below kernel.

Yeah you will need to get your hands on another Xbox that is exploitable sad.gif

Yeah I really wish they were, then I could add my 360 to my project of creating 360 cluster.

From what I remember, microsoft still sends back Jtaggable 360 refurbs. You could probably buy a rrod 360 from craigslist and just send it in if everything is good seal wise with the warranty. All you gotta do is call up xbox support and say that you want this 360 registered to your name. I know someone that pulled it off and got a pre-7371 kernel 360 and it has been working ever since he got it back in november like a charm. My jtaggable 360 I bought was a home repaired one that just got 0110 rrod today. I am thinking about just sending it to Grim to repair, since he seems to be the best at that.

I have seen a few console come my way that was a refurb from Microsoft with an older kernel but with an updated CB. So just cause it has an older kernel does not mean it can still be exploited.
