I think (although can't quite see on your piccy) that your LPT wiring is wrong! Remember to double check the wiring compared to the install diags, and that on the install diags the LPT plug is pictured from it's rear - where you solder to.

heres some pointers
1. use a solid core wire, instead of strand core wire. it will be simpler to solder into the headers.
2. you wires are way too long. with the above mensioned wires, you will be able to get the wire coating against the board. ensuring theres no shorting.
3. make sure your wires arent touching the chassis of the console. if any of them do, that will be your problem.
4. use electrical tape on the bottom side of your board to ensure theres no shorts, and cut the wires flush to the board.
from your pix, it looks like the diodes are right, just make sure the black side of the diodes are towards the edge connectors.

I personally use the legs of the resistors and solder that to the RJ-45 cable. Then I solder the legs onto the points on the motherboard. There is a reason for it as I can desolder it after I am done and reuse this cable on another box.
1. Built this cable using legs of resistor (maybe 1") as describe above.
2. Prefill any points w/ new solder. Even if they are prefilled, I put new solder on top of that.
3. User resin core w/ flux solder
4. Pre-tin all wires
5. Heat the point and the rj-45 (with the resistor legs) and just stab into the points after it melts. Hold and let it solidify.
First time doing this took me well over 2 hours. Now it takes me about 20-25 min to solder all the points.
3 hours to dump/flash 16M nand. I have a slow pc

One definite mistake you've made is putting the lpt diode at the lpt end not direct onto the motherbard, very common cause of problems and mentioned in nearly all the guides now.

OK so i desoldered everything and put the diote at the board and and believe it or not IT WORKED!!!! i love you guys

Well when everything is wired properly, then yes, it is quite believable actually

Glad you got it working.
