Title: Questions Bout Jtag

I'm about to get an old Xbox(Non-HDMI) from, eBay,i asked the guy, he said never updated after 2008.
Here are some of the Questions I have:
     1: Whats the best or easiest guide for Jtag?
     2:The Xbox I'm getting is missing a Dvd Drive, so, I'm wondering, Do i need a DVD Drive to hack it, And if         not, is it possible, to get DVD Key, from JTAG?
     3: My computer doesn't have a Printer Port or Serial Port, i know theres USB Nand Readers, But can i make my own USB Jtag, or can someone show me a site to buy a cheap one?
     4: which is the best booter to use? XBReboot(I'm thinking of getting this one) or Free60
     5: Can i use any size harrdrive with the JTAG? (The xbox Harddrive is Laptop 2.5 right?)
For now those are the only questions I have.


-Not related but still:
I have a Hitachi 79, The laser is dying, So, can I take a 47 laser and replace it ? Or No? BTW the 47 is bricked, it was given to me( I know laser works good, I used it, my friend borrowed it, bricked it, yes he paid me for it).
Point is Can i use the 47 laser?
Whats A good USA site to get Advance Hybrid  X-clamp Fix?

Thanks man. good to know, BTW can u get banned for adding a fan in an xbox to the usb power source? And swaping a BenQ with a hitachi, Stock firmware?

Well, im likey going to have to use my friends old p4 since he has printer, port, But if anyone can recommend a cheap usb nand read, that would be nice
