Title: Cannot Read Nand?

I have all the solder points soldered in correctly, I tried with and without resistors, the diodes are on the right way, the power supply is plugged in, and I still keep getting "Could not detect flash controller."

The 360 will power on when it is not plugged into the PC, but when I plug it in, it will not turn on.

I have tried 3 different PC's(2 XP, 1 Win7) and tweaked the BIOS settings for each.

I cannot read the NAND at all. I have unsoldered and started over 4 times, and yes, it is exploitable.

Any ideas?

I'm assuming your using An lpt cable,......how long is it? did you just splice into an old printer cable?
What guide did you follow?

Its a Xenon console. I have tried 2 different guides and they both didn't work. I'm using an LPT cable and its probably around 6inches max long.

use single core wiers like cat5 if u use wiers like the one in mouse or usb wiers u will end up with error 00012000 and u cant read/write anything.
make the cable short -15 cm if it go more than that u will end up losing data.
use 100hom resistors 1/4w.
when using nand pro make sure your screensaver is off and power set to never stand by in control panel
if u manage to read nand when it start read leave the pc dont tuch any thing and keep mobile phone away 2.

I made sure the wires were not touching. Here are some pics..

I tried 2 different setups for the LPT, and both did not work:
