Title: Quickboot With Mame360 Need Help

hi guys, i followed the instructions exactly but whenever i try to load my mame link in nxe it says cant open and asks me to download it again. i have checked the correct location of the mame360.xex and thats correct and i also put the created container in Copy the file to Content\0000000000000000\C0DE9999\00070000\ where the program tells you.

any ideas, thx alot guys

p.s - has anyone tried quickboot 2.0?

container shows in nxe games but just wont load

have you edited the *.INI file so that it points to the ROMS directory?

huh? i can play mame  via xexloader i dont have an issue seeing the roms. the quickboot container i made shows up on nxe but wont load mame360

Is the xex on the 360 HDD or a USB drive?  The dashboard may not be seeing the USB HDD for whatever reason but xexloader can.

i thought id start over so i deleted the container i made. i remade the container and ftp'd it to the 360 directory as instructed but still same prob. i see the mame logo on dash, load it and it comes up saying download it again

any ideas guys?

Have you patched the default.xex ? xextool ?
XexMenu can also patch .xex

no need used quickboot 2.0 and used built in ftp and it worked
