Hmm i don't understand how u ended up with that mess but there some info that might help.
To retrieve a kv.bin from a xbox that u flashed before (even if it doesn't boot as long there power) As long it was working with the xbreboot before dying... u can use a lpt cable like u did to read\write the nand.
Use this cmd too read the kv.bin: nandpro.exe lpt: -r16 kv.bin 1 1 <--- 1 = the sector where the kv.bin is as far i know on a good nand dump of xbr.
