OK guys, I am a new to soldering, and I got the hack to work, really excited cause I did it, all thanks to the people on this board. However, my novice soldering skills are showing as the wires keep coming out, I have soldering the wires back atleast ten times, and now gave up.
question is, Im good for now, but what when wave 6 and 7 come out, I will need an new version xbreboot?
and is there any chance in the future we can upgrade the XB dash through cd/usb/internet to console ? I just wana remove those stupid wires.....

Like I said in one of your previous post, the wave xxxxxx has nothing to do with the jtag hack. You probably will have to update for games that require an updated dash. You can upgrade without the lpt (through linux). More info here
