NandPro only recognizes standard parallel port base addresses 378, 278, and 3BC, which means add-in cards generally won't work...
If you do manage to find a card that uses these addresses, it will be an ISA card (which won't work in newer systems anyway)
Borrow someone's older PC with onboard parallel port for a couple hours, or look into a USB SPI flasher like one built by AfterTheInsanity.

Maybe check your motherboard docs to see if it has an lpt connection on the board. If it does you might be able to just pick up (or make) the pigtail connector for it. Something like this
