I've seen TONS of XBR stuff, and not a whole lot of Freeboot stuff.
What I do know is lots of PPL say that Freeboot has better compatibility all around, but everyone seems to use XBR.
What is the difference between the two, how hard is it to swap between the two, and can you use both?
Also, does XBR have a lot more programs that work / are made for it, or does it just seem that way?
Hä? All the stuff is also for freeboot. The most people use xbr because freeboot need a dual nand setup. All this people dream for a single nand freeboot solution because xbr is hanging in the most games so currently it is less usable.

freeboot is better because it doesnt crash.
you will need to buy the cygnos360 chip though, and it doesnt work with 256/512mb nand xbox arcade consoles, so its pretty useless for most people.
i don't want to buy anything. isn't thats what the jtag hack is for?

no for free boot you need a second nand so don't be cheap buy a cygnos360
well i rather do some research and see if there's ways around buying a cygnos360. If there is, i rather do it that way.. just trying to learn..
