Title: Unmodding My 360.. Safe For Live?
Post by: oxxmudxxo on November 19, 2008, 10:46:00 AM
That's a grate question, why is there no answer from anyone?

I got a friend to mod my 360 for 50$ just to play Gears of War 2 a few weeks early.
I bought a retail copy so now I don't need the mod or copied game anymore..

So if my friend restores the old firmware to my DVD reader will I be safe from the band, I'm sure it'll cost me another 50$..?

Please I need a answer before I get banded and I don't want to spend more money for nothing. dry.gif

if youre system is flagged for the ban-hammer channging back to stock will do nothing, you will end up with a  stock firmware banned 360  tongue.gif

if you've played a detectable game already the box logs it i believe.  so if thats the case you wont be safe but if u aint banned yet just keep playing those games lol
