Title: Modding A 360 And Not Getting Banned.

I am just wondering if there is a mod chip or flash available that either has an on/off switch or something so that i can be sure that i will never get banned from live. I heard there is a flash firmware out there that lets you play burned games just not on live, stealth patching or something? I guess what i really want to do is play my real games on live and my burnt ones not on live.
