Title: Backups Not Working
Post by: daddysyrius on December 24, 2007, 02:15:00 AM
Hi,

I have a Samsung SH-D163B Sata DVD Rom in my PC with the Kreon firmware and have been abel to read and create backups using XBC 2.7 and Image burn however when I put the disc into the XBOX 360 ii come up with the error "Put the disc into an XBOX360". I have a couple of questions here.

1. I am using the standard settings in XBC and Image burn when reading and creating the back-ups. Are there a special settings I to use when creating back-ups for use in a UK XBOX360

2. Do I need to also flash the drive in my XBOX 360 for these backups to work or should they work with out modifying the XBOX 360. Currently I have not modified my XBOX 360 at all.

Any help anyone could give would be most appreciated.

Many Thanks

I will advise that you can not play backups until you have modified your 360 by means of flashing the firmware or chip fitting..
This is obviously clearly stated in the FAQ and pinned topics. You will need to read through these first and modify your 360.
Please read first. Everyone here is helpful (except me apparently) but they need to see you have read through stuff first
