There are plenty of dedicated threads in the xbox 360 LIVE forum for this & other forums as well, A mod can you know... just close this thread. We don't need ANOTHER one of these.

The point is, since the bannings, and pretty much since the xbox 360 hacked FW's became widely known, xbox-scene is dreaded with many newcomers who DON'T take the time to read the pinned and automatically post there dumb problem that has a 99% chance of ALREADY been worked out/resolved/fixed and you just need to take the time to READ BEFORE CREATING A THREAD.
There is a thread in the Xbox 360 General forum that has just people reporting whether or not people are banned. There's like 20 pages or more on it, read all through it and you'll get your answers for this thread.
Yes you put it in the wrong place, let's break it down, "General Technical Hacking Discussion." General? Yes, it is a pretty general thing we got going here, nothing special. Technical? Banning isn't technical. Hacking? Not even close. Discussion? Obsolete word towards my point.
