Hi

If you mod the firmware on the DVD drive can you play the copied games on Xbox Live? If you can, can you get caught and what is the punishment if you do?

do a search.  the amount of threads found will probably freeze up your pc.

No discussion in violating TOS for live , including copy of games on live.
