Are you sure you did it right? Everyone knows you are supposed to dip the wire in water before. The water insulates the conduction of security data through it, thereby allowing you to bypass all copy protection measures. I'm sorry but your test is inconclusive.

It works.  You just have to use a longer wire.

You my friend, have extremely big balls! Don't slag him off, he's the one who risked his box just so people could clear that tiny bit of hope that the wire mod worked. No-one beleived it, but I bet you all had something in you that wanted to try it for the hell of it.
