all the critical data and calculations are done entirely within the processor (it has its own ram for these things) so theres nowhere we can intercept the signal
the signing code isnt on the 360 anywhere, xbes are already signed before they get there
i doubt the dvd drive will work with anything other than the 360 itself, at least not to the point of doing anything useful with it (much like the xbox dvd drive)

the CPU isnt on a ZIF socket like your PCs, its soldered into the board, taking it off is a huge chore
its also probably designed so that it wont function if theres anything else connected to it
lastly, as i said, all the critical opertations are performed on the cpu die itself, so listening on the pins still wont help, since the critical data never leaves the silicon

Thast cool, It was just a few thoughts I had. It will be a while before we see a 360 over here so hopefully they will be unlocked by then
