Title: Just A Few Quick Qs..

Hi..I was just wondering if somebody can help me out with the following:

1. Im trying to convert video files with xvid4psp and Im not sure which one is a better audio conversion aac-lc vbr q100 or aac-lc abr 128k

2. I used to have a few folders that were used to contain videos which I streamed to the 360 via the laptop...but when I deleted the folders they still appeared in the video menu, how can I get rid of these folders?
