I pre-ordered a Xenium chip and 2 days after they had it in stock I received it... and I live in Greece..... excellent service ...VERY FAST SHIPPING
I will sure buy from them again..

Got very quick delivery, next day delivery via recorded delivery.
Would reconmend this company to anyone in UK that wants a Xenium chip, as i am very happy with my chip.

We accept about a 4 day down time ,whereby you can browse the website but no orders can be placed , sorry but it's for the best :-)!
The Xenium is now shipping world wide as well as the chameleon solderless adapters. Specifically for UK residents , we are now accepting pre order's on DreamX-733 and Dreamx-1480! Pre-order to avoid disappointment.

Altho I had minor glitches ordering the chip - mostly thru the company that processes credit cards, the people in that channel helped me each step of the way.
After Ordering, I was promptly sent emails concerning the order, and they even personally sent me information concerning the holiday and how they may have been a delay.
I recived a tracking number and was very assured!
I'v NEVER ordered overseas before, and this is my first experiance. .. If your going to order overseas, REST assured - your ordering from a REAL business, that wants YOU to be happy with your order and the process of ordering.

I'm unsatisfied. I ordered the chip a 8 days ago. I got an automated "payment recieved" message from My Pay Systems. Nothing from Xbox-gear themselves yet. I've written 2 emails requesting the status of my order. I understand that it may not ship for up to eight days, I just want to know from xbox-gear that they acknowledge the order and it's being processed, and if possible, an estimated ship date.
Twice now no response from me emails. I went to the IRC channel and saw ops there. Asked some questions and got no response from anyone.
I called MyPaySystems in an effort to get some kind of real contact. They offered to send Xbox-Gear a notification for me. That was yesterday, and still no response.
This is supposedly from a vendor that claims customer service and satisfaction is their top priority.
I haven't received the chip obviously, so I can't comment about that. I'll post an update if/when I get it.

in addition, i have mailed them 4 times but they havent bothered replying.. looks like a scam to me..
has anyone actually got a chip from these guys at all??? I see a lot of complaints here, so obviously i am not the only one hurting... if we are getting duped by this site, maybe we should get together and do somethign about it..
