I cant watch none of my "Original" Family Guy or 24 Boxsets on my my 360, I have a LCD tv and YPbPr connected. I only get sound, any other dvd's are fine... just the fox ones..
Also all my Fox ones work on the original Xbox.
My dashboard is set to 720p, I know dvds get played at 480p.. I've even changed the dash to this too with no joy.
Strange one.
