Not that I'm aware of.

You can, technically, use WMC to view a PC-side image and make that image your dash background (X Button, I think) and the file gets saved locally, but not in anyway that you're thinking of.

I set a pic from my digital camera as my background/theme. i turned the 360 off and it wasnt there. afterwards i went into themes or whatever, the picture was there but saved under something wierd. any ideas if the 360 saves pics? can u burn a pic CD to rip to the HDD? ... ill try tonight and update
