Title: Georgia Modder...giving Back To The Scene!
Post by: DeAdGuY on February 26, 2004, 05:32:00 PM
I am an Atlanta area installer. I live just south of Atlanta and work about 5 minutes from downtown. I have mainly installed xbox chips for friends and friends of friends but I'm looking to drum up some more business. I mod in my free time after work and on the weekends. I am always learning and keeping up with what is current in the scene. Prices depend on what you want done. Feel free to post a scenario in this thread or shoot me a PM and I will get back with you A.S.A.P. Many of the regulars on IRC know me as deadfukkr and that is where I am most active in the scene and the easiest place to find me.

First of all let me say that any and all xboxes are tested for functionality before I even break out my TORX. I stand 100% behind my work and if I mess up any thing then expect me to foot the bill to make sure you get what you pay for. Also I don't mind if you bring your xbox and watch and learn. But I will meet you somewhere to pick up your xbox and meet you to drop it off after work has been completed. I'm pretty flexible most of the time.

I do mainly mod chip installs and hard drive upgrades. But I am always learning new mods as they interest me...don't hesitate to ask. I can also provide many different types of premods on a per build/request basis.

I will ship to anywhere in the US and will negotiate reasonable terms and payment options when the event arises.

If you have tried to install a mod or messed up your xbox and would like to repair it then I will look at it and see what we can do. I would prefer in a scenario like this that you provide pictures of the area in question.  I welcome any one to crack open the xbox and have a look for themselves at the work I've done.

If you are interested in any services I can provide feel free to post in this thread, PM me on the forum, or find me on IRC (deadfukkr/deadwork/deadw0rk/deadlap).

*Note about IRC: My nick is always online but I'm not always sitting infront of a monitor so be sure to leave me a way to contact you when I come back around.

Once again, I can't recommend him enough!

I had DeAdGuY repair my screwup with the D0 trace, took him all of 5 mins!!! He then went on to get my xbox mod finished up for me. He discovered my X3 had a problem and loaned me one until I can get system mods to send me a replacement. Thanks to DeAdGuY, my xbox works great!! His prices are good, he does good work and he is a great guy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone and especially to anyone in the southeast, turn around time is very quick!!!

Thanks again for the excellent service DeAdGuY, I should hear back from system mods Monday and I will contact you then...

Everyone should be using this guy for their mods or repairs.

1-Great Work
2-Fair Price
3-Delivered what I wanted as well as what he said
4-Fast Service

I have had 3 boxes done by DeAdGuY and each one was done with no issue, and in a very fair amount of time.  Offered great price and service.

Anyone in Georgia that wants the job done right, should just start with DeAdGuY.

Thanks Rob
