Well it would be a little unusuall to do this through something like kia. I would recomend Kia for systemlink broadcast through the internet. It rules. Anyway you would have to have the xbox at work on and set up as a dedicated server/allready open and running game, and either have someone at your home connect directly into your match game and you would pass the controlls to your computer at home by pressing the back button once and choosing who gets the controls for the game sesion, or you would have to do something ghetto like set up the game in Kia and leave the Xbox running, go home and enter that match in the lounge, than go to work and pass the controlls to the other xbox at home, and finally head home and have the dedicated server setup and in your controll. This would work dandy for like a thursday to Friday setup except you would have the Xbox at work running for a solid day or so.
than you would have to leave the xbox at home on for the duration of time you wanted to host and play through your work connection. Also you might want to leave a message on the Kia your using to let people know its just for you and your buddys when your available. Halo2 is kinda strange though and most people that do this have modded Xboxs so they host yet dont have a dead useless character sitting in each match doin nothing.
you say that somebody with a modded xbox can do this, can you explain that

Hey, go easy on the quoting will you? No point in quoting the guy above you. Use quotes on the specific question or comment you are responding to. Not the whole post.
Rather pointless to quote 14 lines and reply with one.
